What I learned
This class is one of the most work heavy classes that I have taken. This shows you all of the work that goes into developing a strategic plan. I have been able to learn the timeline that healthcare organizations need to make a program wide change. I also learned what it would be like to collaborate with a healthcare team and create a plan like this.
