Volunteer Experience

I was able to volunteer for St. Vincent De Paul's food pantry. I started helping here freshman year to gain volunteer hours and saw how much good this organization does for people in need. After seeing that I continued to help when I can by being a food server and helping move around the stock they needed for the day.

Volunteering for this included responsibilities such as:

• Moving around stock to the correct areas for what is being served that day.

• Communicating with the recipients and helping them find exactly what they need.

• Serving food and keeping track of the amount given out.
